This 62-Acre Nature Preserve  is home to a variety of mammals, fish, amphibians, reptiles, hundreds of bird species, and a diverse plant population.

Located in State College, PA at 548 Puddintown Road you will escape into the wonders of Nature that take place at this setting. There is a beautiful pollinator garden with a variety of flowers and plants. Also enjoy the mutiple different wildlife there is to see including fish, mammals & a large variety of Bird Species. 

The grounds are open daily- Dusk to Dawn. This Nature center is rated one of the top things to do in State College! There is a large parking area so it is easy for you to obatin access into the nature center.

There is a barn that can be rented out for activites along with being able to rent out the entire Nature Center grounds for a wedding or event! The staff is friendly to work with and make the planning process smooth.

The bogwalk is one of the main attractions as it takes you on different paths, over water & a long bridge. Stop to get some miles in or just take in the scenery. 

Millbrook Marsh Nature Center is a must see if you are in State College. Located close to campus, it is the perfect spot to take a stroll and take in the beautiful scenery and nature that is amoung us. 

Established in 1997, Millbrook Marsh Nature Center was officially created thanks to a 35 year lease between Penn State University and Centre Region Parks and Recreation for $1/year. In 2007, the lease was extended through 2042. The park is made up of a 12-acre farmstead plus a 50-acre wetland that has a Conservation Easement between Penn State and Clearwater Conservancy.
